Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to:

Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the conference start date will receive a full refund, less $50.00 administration fee.

Cancellations received less than 30 days and up to seven (7) days prior to the conference start date will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations made within seven (7) days of the conference start date.

Registrations may be transferred, but this must be arranged via the Event Manager at least seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the conference, otherwise it will be considered a cancellation and an additional registration fee will be payable.
