ACCCN are offering the following research grants in 2010

• ACCCN Experienced Researcher Grant $20,000
• ACCCN Novice Researcher Grants (3 at $5,000 each) Total novice grant fund$15,000
• New Systemative Review grant of $15,000

Total national grant funds for 2010 $50,000

Requirements for research grant applications:
- The Chief Investigator must be a member of ACCCN
- Research submissions should be in the area of critical care
- Each candidate may only submit one research proposal
- The award will be based on the quality and scientific merit of the research proposal
- All applications received will be reviewed by the ACCCN Research Advisory Panel
- Multi disciplinary research is encouraged

Candidates for reserach gratns must follow the guidelines and complete the application form.
The grants will be announced at the gala dinner of the ANZICS/ACCCN Annual Scientific Meeting on Intensive Care, in Melbourne, on 16/10/2010.
